Terms of Use and Copyright Notice

By using Your Study Bro you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What the site is for

Your Study Bro is a free study site for South African learners. You may use it for personal, non-commercial study. Do not resell, repackage or bulk download content from the site.

2. Past papers and memos

National Senior Certificate and other DBE question papers and memorandums belong to the Department of Basic Education and the provincial education departments. IEB papers belong to the Independent Examinations Board. We do not claim ownership of them. They are listed here only to help learners prepare for exams, and links open the files where they are stored.

We try to keep titles, years and sessions correct, but mistakes happen. Always check with your teacher if something looks wrong.

3. Removal requests

If you own the rights to a paper and want it removed, email oddfulukhoza@gmail.com with the page link and paper title. We will remove it as soon as we can.

4. Bro, the AI tutor

Bro is an AI tool and can make mistakes. Check important answers against your textbook, memo or teacher. Do not use Bro to cheat in tests or assessments, and do not share personal information in the chat.

5. Calculators

The APS and SBA calculators give estimates. Universities and schools set their own rules, so confirm with them before making decisions.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for your account. We may remove accounts that misuse the site. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Questions? Email oddfulukhoza@gmail.com or read more about us.
